Large Reception Corridor
Access to the apartment is from the sheltered rear entrance by key only. In the lower lobby is the mailbox and two short flights of marble stairs, which take you to the front door on the first floor. This opens into the apartment’s large reception hall with rugs, a reception table and a landline phone connection and phone. The entire flooring is marble and because this is a middle floor flat, it is always cool and refreshing despite the heat of the Maltese summer.
The Lounge/Dining Room
The first room on the left is the open plan lounge and dining room. This is equipped with a decorative wrought iron dining table with marble top and 8 chairs, drinks cabinet, large modern television [cable TV is available], four comfortable easy lounger chairs, large central rug and other tables, cabinets and furniture.
The 3 Bedrooms
All bedrooms in the apartment at present have twin beds, with two having fitted wardrobes and the other, a freestanding wardrobe. All have dressing tables with chair, floor rugs and bedside lamps. Two have doors opening out onto the verandah and face south, with one having a large window facing west.
Bathrooms
Bathroom 1 is equipped with a bath with shower over, basin, toilet and cabinet. This is also where the large hot water heater is located.
Bathroom 2 has a shower, basin, toilet and cabinet, and also contains an automatic washing machine.
Kitchen
The kitchen at the property is a good size, with fitted appliances and units providing ample storage at wall and floor level, and a table that can seat up to 6 people. There is also a large fridge/freezer, microwave, mixer/blender and many other kitchen appliances all of which are included in the for sale price.
Store room
Just inside the entrance on the right, this small room is fully shelved on one side with plenty of further room for household appliances, tool kits and storage items. All of these stores and equipment can be purchased with the apartment.
